Shipping Policy

All orders include FREE EXPRESS POST TRACKED shipping, no matter how large your order is. 

Shipping is done by Australia Post, unless prior arrangement is made.

It is important that all customers complete the shipping address carefully, as no responsibility is taken for wrong addresses being used during shipping. If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, the owner of the items (the customer) must pay for shipping to have their items sent a second time. 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are unfortunately not available except where appropriate under Australian consumer laws. 


 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you experience a problem with your order once it arrives, contact Liz via your account on this site. Once we have discussed the issue, a shipping address will be given to you to return your item, if this is appropriate. The cost of shipping for this item is the responsibility of the customer

In the case of a faulty item, Liz will either repair or replace the item free of charge.

Tracked shipping of the item back to the customer  is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case where the item is deemed faulty.  Shipping of a repaired or replaced item will be shipped free of charge to the original address attached to the order.
