Your first step to becoming a TODD+CREATES maker is setting up your store. 

It will take less than 5 minutes for you to set it up!

Once you have been approved to create your own store via the Vendor Registration form, you will login and be taken to our  “Store Setup” widget.

This will give you the option to setup your store essentials. 

Don’t worry is you skip a setup widget or want to change any of your store settings in future – you can do this easily from your stores dashboard as well.



Your dashboard settings page always shows a profile completeness progress bar top so you can see how you are progressing.

It also shows remaining setting suggestions. These suggestions point you in the right direction for setting up a complete store profile. 

You are able to view and/or manage the following setting from your dashboard. 

  • Store branding 
  • Payment
  • SEO
  • Customer Support
  • Store Policies
  • Store Invoice
  • Vacation Mode
  • Reporting

'Store' Section

The “Store” section is where you set up most essential parts of your store –

  • Logo
  • Banner
  • Store Name
  • Store Slug
  • Store Phone Number
  • Store Address
  • Store Location

'Store' section - 'Banner' set up

Vendor may set different type of banners for their Store!

Available Banner types –

Static Image

Image Slider

Video Banner –  for video banners only YouTube video URLs are supported.


'Store' section - 'Visibility' set up

In this section you can set up what you want to show or hide from your store!

You can also manage the ‘Store Name’ position on your store page. The available positions are:

Store shipping and payment options are managed by TODD+CREATES.


'SEO' Section

Here you can set your store social media and SEO related information. Don’t worry if you find this bit a little difficult to fill out, we can help you.

Meta Keywords

Facebook Title

Facebook Description

Facebook Image

Twitter Title

Twitter Description

Twitter Image


'Customer Support' Section

Here you can set up your own customer support information. All customer enquiries for your products will come to you via your TODD+CREATES dashboard.

You can update the following information:

Support Address

Support Email

Support Phone

This information is available to customers on their initial order notification and store invoice.


'Store policies' Section

You can set up your store policies from here, including:

Policy Tab Title

Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Your Policies are visible at store page, the single product page, on your order details and on your store invoice. Please note that your policies must be inline with the overall TODD+CREATES policies.


'Store invoice' Section

You can set up your own individual store invoice here. 


'Vacation mode' section

This is where you set up your Vacation dates – this will mean you have the flexibility to turn your store on and off when you need to. 

Your Analytics region is set to 'Australia' as we only ship within Australia.
