Your Orders

To view orders that have been placed, go to Orders in your TODD+CREATES Dashboard left menu.

At the top of this screen you can view the standard filter and search area.

A list of orders appears in order of date made.

Order 'Actions'

At the far right of each order are actions you can perform.

Mark as Shipped – including tracking number here

Download PDF Invoice

Getting paid

TODD+CREATES releases your funds once you have added your tracking number to your order. 

Head to your payments section to request a withdrawal  as you add the tracking number. The funds will then hit your bank account within 48 hours (longer if weekends are included).

We pay by bank transfer direct into your bank account. You must have an active ABN/ACN and relevant business insurances to sell on TODD+CREATES. 

Shipping tracking details

Shipping tracking is one of the most important part of TODD+CREATES customer service. All orders must be tracked in order for you to receive payment.

Using the TODD+CREATES dashboard you can mark your order as shipped by inputting the relevant tracking code and URL.

Your customer will also confirm through here that they received the item. 

 

Customers can:

View shipment status of their ordered each item

Have Tracking URL to check status in details

On receiving an item they can “Mark as Received” as well

You can:

Full details of shipment tracking on order details page

Upon completing shipment they can mark a order as completed

Commission disburse

 

Creating a blog post

You can create blog articles for TODD+CREATES that are submitted to the team for editing and approval. You can use this section to talk about your brand, yourself and your creative methods.

You can also use this space to create Exclusive Product Announcements – these products will be sold on TODD+CREATES exclusively for a period of time and will have the highest chance of being promoted on our social media channels.
